All our containers and site accommodation units are delivered and collected using crane-assisted (hi-ab) transport.

These lorries are equipped with on-board cranes to lift the containers and site accommodation units off and onto the vehicle and place the units, where required, on site. Our drivers have been working with us for many years and so are skilled and trained to safely deliver units where required in accordance with the client’s instructions.

Conditions – Grades/Ratings – Selection Options

When choosing to buy a shipping container, it’s important to understand the difference between container conditions and grades so that you can be sure you select the right container for your requirements.

We have three conditions: Used, One Trip, and Refurbished. These conditions are further broken down into grading which gives an indication of the state and structural soundness of the container. The condition and grade of the container will directly influence the price. Plus, the distance of the shipping container near your location.

PLEASE NOTE: Be Ready for Delivery When the Driver Arrives

Delivery should only take about 15 minutes once the driver arrives (as long as your site is ready). If the driver is required to wait more than 30 minutes after arriving on site to start delivery, the customer may be charged for wait time. If the driver is unable to safely deliver, the customer may still be charged a dry run fee. We outsource all deliveries to professional local haulers. The customer and driver on site are responsible for all safety decisions (more info in our terms and conditions). Please contact us if you’re not sure about your site.
